Don't lose sight of your goals
Go towards your goals daily:
You have to set goals if you want to get ahead. That way you know how to measure your progress and success.
I've learned that then you must make all decisions based on : is this moving me closer to or further from my goal.
For instance , I made a goal to lose weight. When I do my p90 workouts I know that it is moving me towards my goal. If I eat that bowl of ice cream I know that is moving me further from my goal.
Choices in and of themselves are neither good nor evil, it is really is it helping you or hurting you.
If you want to reach your goal then you must make choices to coincide with that goal.
So whatever you decide to do today just know that you could be one step closer or one step further from your goal and that is purely choice. If you don't have a goal , then that would be an even bigger issue. Then you don't even know where you are. You'll figure it out though. I believe in you.
