I went shopping yesterday and I see my shirt size is back up to a large from a medium. Now some of it is due to some things run small but I also know I've gained 10lbs back after losing 40lbs this year. I still lost 30lbs this year which is great with 20 still to go.
I used to beat myself up with every setback but now in my fitness group I see people lose weight quickly and get back into shape with plans like body beast and 21 day fix.
I'm sticking with p90 series still working out 6 days a week and I feel good. I know I'm a work In progress. I know after the holidays I can hit hard again.
Nutrition is the hardest part so I just need to be more diligent to sticking to what I know is good . Once I finish my year of p90 in February I plan on doing the 21 day fix with the 3 day refresher and then I'll decide what plan I'll do next. I'm thinking if I can hit my goal weight I can do body beast and go from ripped to swoll lol! We shall see. All I know is I'm in better shape than I was a year ago and I can only improve.
