Why wait? I'm not sure. Something about New Year's resolution makes sense to me. Out with the old and in with the new. I know through the holiday my diet has suffered a bit, while I am keeping up with the exercises 6 to 7 days a week. Sometimes twice a day. I think I am motivated to be more active than I was in previous years.
I saw on FB that a friend had posted and she was suffering from some bad feedback. I know exactly how she felt because I constantly have to as Lisa Nichols' says " Turn off the negative feedback loop and press play on the positive feedback loop.
It is easy for myself to get down on myself for gaining weight, but then I realize I have the power to make positive changes in my life everyday.
Today is a new day. Tomorrow will be a new day. As long as their is life in my body and I have the will, and determination as Santigold proclaimed "I'm gonna be unstoppable!"
