Slower:
When we blaze past stuff fast we miss things easily. Have you ever noticed how much more you see while walking versus driving?
We pass things all the time we take them for granted. While being sick this week I've had time to rest, which I never do, and time to relax and think. I think we have so much hustle and bustle going on that breeze by things, or place it on the back burner, but in times of inactivity these things can resurface.
I had time yesterday to listen to an audio program and read ; today I was able to lay in bed, then build a new vinyl shelf and do yoga.
I do these things in my normal routine but I notice a difference when I don't feel so rushed.
So I suggest that it is therapeutic to take a step back and slow down a bit.
Why don't you try it and see how you like it!
