I have been failing a lot lately. I'm weak. I don't always stick to the best plan. In other words, I'm human.
My saving grace is my learned optimism and my accountability groups.
I always have an inner struggle . It's hard to go on all cylinders all the time. I'm constantly stretching myself and putting myself in uncomfortable situations , but it's the only way to succeed.
In my workouts , I know I have not been pushing myself and thus gaining weight. I had to redecide and recommit to my plan , both for work outs and for eating.
When working on my album we figured out we were missing a part so we are now tracking for trumpet. There have been many delays but the end result will be a better product , so why rush?
When I look back and see how far I've come , it was not one moment or giant leap that got me there, it was all the baby steps; the incremental changes; the times I keep going when I wanted to quit.
Keep making small progresses and small wins and it will lead to a big payoff! Cheers to your success.
